We achieve this by enhancing our housing models with our proprietary token, ATEG.DV.

Mohamed (ATEG): Our core innovation lies in applying smart economic principles and tokenization to housing, creating direct financial benefits:

Tenants can expect rent prices to be 25-35% cheaper than the market standard, coupled with a 25-35% lower security deposit.


🎈Flexible Housing Models: 


We offer two core models: ATEG Miete (Rent) and ATEG Mietkauf (Rent to Own), giving members flexibility.


🎈Accessible Rent to Own: 


Our Rent to Own model is highly accessible, requiring only a €1 down payment and charging a 0% surcharge on the purchase price, removing typical financial barriers.

By reducing housing costs, we aim to provide ATEG members with greater financial stability, more freedom, and a better overall quality of life.


🎈Compliance: 


Our Whitepaper has been provided to the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) and has passed the legal review period under the MiCAR regulation, demonstrating our commitment to serious compliance.

Moonshine: The token, ATEG.DV, is clearly essential to this ecosystem. What is its utility and what makes its tokenomics unique in tackling inflation?


Mohamed (ATEG): The ATEG.DV Token is an ERC20 asset on the Ethereum blockchain, and it is the key that empowers our entire ecosystem.


🎈 Utility & Access: 


The token allows our community members to activate licenses and access services within the ATEG housing ecosystem. It is the core financial instrument for our members.


🎈Deflationary Design: 


The token has a fixed, pre minted supply of 165,561,000 tokens and will never be inflated. This fundamental deflationary mechanism is designed to counteract the inflationary pressures seen in traditional fiat based housing markets.


🎈Value Accrual (Burn & Freeze): 


We use a "Balance Sheet Tokenisation" process where profits generated from the housing concept are tokenized. A portion of tokens is then managed through a "Burn & Freeze" process, which permanently reduces the circulating supply, contributing to long-term sustainable value.


🎈Crowdfunding Foundation: 


The sale of ATEG.DV tokens forms the financial foundation for us to acquire and develop the innovative, affordable housing projects themselves .
