Jussila (SDA): Thanks for having us, Moonshine! SDA is a fintech project dedicated to accelerating the global transition to sustainable energy. We do this by tokenizing renewable energy infrastructure, making it possible for anyone to invest in a greener future.
Our mission is to provide transparent, secure, and accessible investment opportunities. By using blockchain, we bridge the gap between digital finance and real-world green energy projects, ensuring that the benefits of sustainable energy production are shared with our community.

Moonshine: Energy tokenization is an ambitious goal. What are the key features that set SDA apart from other blockchain projects?
Mikko (SDA): We’ve designed SDA to be robust, secure, and grounded in physical reality.
🎈 Real-World Asset (RWA)
Backing: Unlike many speculative tokens, SDA is strategically linked to physical renewable energy infrastructure. As we move into our operational phases, the token’s value is supported by tangible energy generation assets.
🎈 Regulatory Compliance:
Security and trust are paramount. We are building a fully compliant framework, adhering to MiCA in Europe and preparing for MiFID II / SEC compliance in our second phase. This ensures professional and retail investors can participate with confidence.
🎈 Three-Phase Development
Model: We follow a clear, transparent roadmap: Phase 1 focuses on market entry and CEX listing; Phase 2 initiates infrastructure construction; and Phase 3 moves into full-scale power and revenue generation.
🎈 Profit-Sharing Mechanism:
In the later phases, token holders can benefit from profit-sharing and dividends generated directly from the sale of renewable energy.

With our focus on cybersecurity and seamless integration of on chain and off chain systems, we ensure that both the digital assets and the physical infrastructure data are protected.
📍 The SDA Token:
Moonshine: Can you tell us more about the utility of the SDA Token? How does it serve the holders within your ecosystem?
Jussila (SDA): The SDA Token is the primary financial instrument of our ecosystem. Its utility evolves as the project grows:
🎈 Staking & Governance:
From Phase 2 onwards, token holders gain governance rights, allowing them to vote on which energy projects the community should fund. Staking rewards will also be available to reward long-term commitment.
🎈 Equity Conversion: In a unique move for the industry, token holders have the option to convert their tokens into actual equity in the company once predetermined milestones are met (minimum 10,000 SDA).
🎈 Sustainable Returns: The token is designed to distribute profits from energy sales transparently. As our power plants generate revenue, value is returned to the stakeholders.
🎈 Deflationary Pressure:
When tokens are converted into equity, they are burnt, effectively reducing the total supply and increasing the scarcity and theoretical value of the remaining tokens.
📍 Future Plans for SDA Token:
Moonshine: What is the timeline for the community? What are the big milestones on the horizon?
Mikko (SDA): We have a very busy and exciting schedule ahead:
🎈 CEX Launch: The SDA Token is scheduled to officially launch and begin trading on Centralized Exchanges on February 2, 2026.
🎈 Infrastructure Construction:
Once we reach our target market capitalization, we will trigger Phase 2, directing funds into the construction of our first physical renewable energy projects.
🎈 Power Generation: By Phase 3, our first sustainable energy project will be operational, producing income from the sale of energy and initiating annual profit distributions to the community.
🎈 Global Expansion: We plan to explore listings on even larger exchanges in the US and EU to increase public access and continue scaling our green energy footprint worldwide.
